1. Where can I find parking?

Meyers Parking is located at 146 W. 44th Street. Parking guests receive 10 hours for $18. Show your NOKIA Theatre ticket for validation.

2. What amenities can I expect to find at the venue?

NOKIA Theater Times Square features:

  • Three licensed, fully stocked bars
  • A Café Europa branch
  • Three coat rooms

All exits are final.

All ticket sales are final.

5. Does the box office stay open after 6:00 pm on show days?

On show dates, the box office will remain open until 30 minutes before the show ends.

6. What does General Admission mean?

General Admission means there are no assigned seats.

7. What does Reserved Seating mean?

Reserved Seating means that your tickets are numbered with a corresponding assigned seat at that show.

8. You mean I gotta stand the whole time if I have a GA ticket?!

Well, we also have 500 fixed seats that are available on a first-come first-served basis.

9. My little brother is 14 and I'm 18. Can he come to the show with me?

Anyone under the age of 16 can enter the show — as long as they are accompanied by a ticketed adult.

11. Can I check my bags once I'm in the venue?

All bags must be checked in one of our three coat rooms upon entering.

This depends on the artist that is appearing. It's best to e-mail guest services on the day of the show for information.

We are located on West 44th Street, off the corner of Broadway.

We do have an ATM on site, so don't worry.
