Box Office

The box office hours are Monday through Saturday 12 pm to 6 pm — closed on Sunday and all major holidays. The advance sales window shall remain open on all show nights until 30 minutes before the show ends. Contact the box office by phone at (212) 930-1950.

Tickets are available at the NOKIA Theatre Times Square box office located at 1515 Broadway. The box office accepts the following methods of payment: cash, American Express, MasterCard & Visa.

The "concert hotline" number is (212) 930-1959. By dialing that number you can find out upcoming show info, night-of-show info, directions to the venue, box office hours and any venue info in the voice mail option.

WILL CALL

Tickets may be picked up at the will call window of the box office, two hours prior to the show start time. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets at will call. NOKIA Theatre Times Square does not accept will call drop off.
